None of us has the power to control everything that happens to us in this life. All we can control is how we relate to that which does happen. The powerful tool of Mindfulness allows us to “wake up” and understand the patterns in our lives that we repeat and which may be keeping us “stuck” in a situation without change or growth.
In order to actually change our lives, to create more happiness and peace, we need to learn new approaches, create new patterns as it were, other than our defaults of judgment, criticism and blame.

Explore how the two life-changing tools of Mindfulness and Compassion work in tandem to build awareness and shift our perspectives. With Mindfulness, we wake up, to “WHAT” is happening in our lives. And with Compassion, we see “HOW” we are relating to our experience. If we aren’t aware of WHAT is keeping us stuck, we cannot change HOW we relate to it.
